We work hard to keep figures accurate and up to date (see how we calculate), but we cannot guarantee the site is error-free or current at all times, and we accept no liability for decisions made based on it.

Free accounts

You can use the site without an account. If you create a free account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity under your account. Accounts are for your own personal use. We may suspend or remove accounts that are misused, and you can delete your account and all of its data at any time from your privacy and data settings.

Saved data and documents

If you save results or upload documents (such as HMRC letters, invoices or receipts), you are responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your own copies of anything important. We store your saved data securely as described in our privacy policy, but we are not a record-keeping or backup service, and you should not rely on us as your only copy.

Document reading and third-party data

Tools that read documents (the HMRC letter reader and receipt scanner) and tools that show official data (such as Companies House filing dates or the Bank of England base rate) are provided for convenience. The results are automated estimates and summaries, not advice, and may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the original letter, your records, and the official source before acting.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, upload unlawful or malicious files, or republish its content without permission.
